Nicely located, clean and functional. Good value for money. Clean rooms, smooth check-in. Nice decoration at lobby. Good functional bar and breakfast with outdoor tables as well. Rooms with air conditioning, spacy, good isolation, comfortable bed. Access to rooms is a bit confusing as rooms and number of floor are not 1 to 1.

Fantastic location! Just spent three nights with my son at this hotel. Very friendly hotel with an absolute fantastic location. Half a minute walk from the waterbus (vaporetto) stop and then so easy to walk wherever in Venice. Nice, clean rooms and friendly staff. Our room overlooked the canal.
