In recent years, there has been an increasing number of requests for psychological support from the competent services, both directly from adolescents and from parents of children with problems related to gender identity. These conditions seem to share a state of intense intrapsychic and relational suffering, often associated with emotional and social difficulties.
The evening aims to present the most accredited theoretical-methodological perspectives in the field of DIG in childhood and to illustrate the possible interventions both for people and for the organization of services, with a view to improving the quality of life and the prevention of discomfort.
